1. What is FangMoto?

FangMoto is an edgy streetwear brand designed for electric motocross riders. We create high-quality, stylish, and functional apparel for the emoto community.


2. How can I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website. Simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.


3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.


4. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the USA, CAN, AUS. and UK


5. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.


6. What is your return policy?

  • We accept returns within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original condition.
  • Customers must email fangmotohelp@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  • Refund will be in the form of store credit to be used at Fangmoto.com
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! If you need a different size or color, please contact  fangmotohelp@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery. Item must be in original condition.


9. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.


10. How do I contact customer support?

11. Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes! Follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay updated on exclusive deals and promotions.


12. What if my Package was returned to sender?

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, or refusal at the time of delivery, we’ll notify you as soon as we receive it. To have your package resent, a flat $6 resending fee will apply to help cover the cost of shipping it back out. Please use the same email that you purchased your first order from so we can locate which order needs to be resent. Once the fee is paid please enter the corrected address and we’ll promptly resend your order.
