We want you to be happy with your FangMoto gear. If you need to make a return or exchange, please review our policy below.

30-Day Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.

Exchanges

We honor exchanges within the 30-day return window. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

All exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

Returns & Store Credit

All approved returns are issued exclusively as FangMoto store credit. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email fangmotohelp@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

FangMoto reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges for items that appear worn, washed, damaged, or are not returned in their original condition.
