Order processing
Orders are processed within [1-2] business days of being placed. You’ll get an email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

US shipping rates
Rates are based on your order total at checkout:

• Orders under $10: $4.85 (Economy)
• Orders from $10 to $45.99: $5.99 (Standard)
• Orders from $46 to $74.99: $12.99 (Standard)
• Orders of $75 or more: Free shipping (3-4 business days)

International shipping
We ship to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order, using UPS and USPS. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. We currently do not ship to other countries. No Free Shipping for international orders

Delivery times
All delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other events outside our control. Once your order is handed to the carrier, any delay is out of our hands, but contact us and we’ll help track it down.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t guarantee changes after an order is placed, and orders that have already shipped can’t be canceled or redirected.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We’ll make it right. See our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
