The bag is cheaply made and the arm has torn off ant the seam after less than a month of use.

Customer Reviews
Probably more duruble material and better stitching
Really comfortable love the design basically the same size as a jansport pretty big fits all my stuff
Cool
love the backpack it’s perfect but wish the side pocket could fit a phone other then that very well done
It’s perfect it fits all my school stuff
came quick and got early access thanks 🙏🙏🙏
it is comfortable and fits everything i need for school
Great backpack ! Perfect for riding and school!
First day he took it to school the strap broke and I had to take it to get repaired costing me an additional 30 dollars
The backpack is nice, but it’s pretty small. It was Hard to judge in photos, but it is not a bag that can work for school. If you’re looking for space for school supplies, this isn’t it. If you carry light and don’t need much space, this might work for you.
Love it
Fire
As expected, thank you
Thanks
good nice and sturdy
The stitching is so loose. It's falling apart. I'm going to try and fix it.
Fastes delivery ever and the backpack is so nice

Amazing
Over all it is a really good bag but it is kinda small
The backpack is way to small gir school but if ylur riding your bike to the store it is a good bag
It’s too small. What’s the return policy like
My son really likes the new backpack…would be awesome if you came out with a lunch bag.
Received the wrong color of backpack. I ordered "Blue" and got black. Please s end me the "Blue" one. I have emailed your sales dept yesterday, no reply yet. Please help with this issue. Cindy
Easy ordering and good delivery time. He hasn’t received it yet because it’s a gift, but it looks great!
Amazing quality
lots of room
The backpack is way smaller than expected. It is too small for my kid to use for school. It reminded me of a kindergarten little backpack when kids are just starting out, not my kid starting high school. disappointed for sure. had to order a different backpack. Now I am even more annoyed though because the return policy is only for store credit. I don't need to buy anything else from here. I got the little key tag, and donut things. No need to have credit, I just needed my money back to go towards the backpack that will fit his school needs.
Awesome
Great quality just a little on the smaller side
