The bag is cheaply made and the arm has torn off ant the seam after less than a month of use.

The backpack is nice, but it’s pretty small. It was Hard to judge in photos, but it is not a bag that can work for school. If you’re looking for space for school supplies, this isn’t it. If you carry light and don’t need much space, this might work for you.

The backpack is way smaller than expected. It is too small for my kid to use for school. It reminded me of a kindergarten little backpack when kids are just starting out, not my kid starting high school. disappointed for sure. had to order a different backpack. Now I am even more annoyed though because the return policy is only for store credit. I don't need to buy anything else from here. I got the little key tag, and donut things. No need to have credit, I just needed my money back to go towards the backpack that will fit his school needs.
